Orders & Returns
What is Your Refund/ Return Policy? My commitment is to ensure the utmost satisfaction with your purchases. Please be aware of the following terms regarding refunds:
For Plant Items:
-Due to the delicate nature of shipping living objects, damages may occur despite my best efforts. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for such instances.
-Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Lost package (verified after UPS/USPS refunds for the insurance claim, provided the address is accurate).
- Complete destruction of the package by the courier (conditional upon UPS/USPS refunding for the insurance claim).
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) plants if reported immediately upon delivery.
-Refusal to refund WILL be exercised if I am treated disrespectfully.
For Non-Plant Items:
-Refunds are granted solely for damaged products, contingent upon UPS/USPS reimbursing for the insurance claim.
-Returns of non-damaged items are accepted, but customers are responsible for return label costs, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee is also applied for returned orders.
-Wholesale orders are ineligible for return/ refunds.
-Adequate packaging is required for refund eligibility.
Largely, I am more than willing to resolve most issues that occur as I strive to treat customers the way I would want to be treated when I am a customer myself.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order? ChatGPTChatGPT
If you need to make changes or cancel your order right after placing it, reach out to me ASAP. I'll do my best to help. If it's been a few days since you submitted your order, it might be a bit trickier, but I'll still try my best to accommodate.
How Do I Track My Order? After your order ships, you'll get tracking info sent to your email. If you don't provide an email, you won't get tracking updates.
Shipping Information
What Shipping Methods Are Available? All orders are shipped USPS priority mail which is 1-3 day delivery. However, if you would like something other than this please send me a DM or email.
Why is My Shipping so Expensive? Several factors contribute to this. Shipping couriers consistently increase rates for small businesses for whatever reason so shipping costs aren't what they used to be unfortunately. Additionally, the shipping calculation for my store is uniquely complex, given the extensive array of product sizes I offer. If you find the shipping cost excessive for your order, please don't hesitate to contact me. Provide details on the desired products, quantities, and your complete address, and I will verify whether the shipping charges are accurate for your specific order.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? Plant orders go out Monday-Wednesday then non-plant orders go out every Thursday-Saturday and Monday. Typical fulfilment time is 2-3 days depending on when you order but sometimes a delay is possible as I only one person.
Do You Ship Internationally? If you are from Canada and would like to purchase please DM me on instagram here or use the contact form here along with what products you want to purchase and your full address so that I can respond with a customized shipping quote. For all other countries, technically, yes. However, largely, it isn't worth the cost of shipping. Most shipping is $50 minimum for small sized boxes around the world that would only fit a few items unfortunately.
