Refund Policy

All sales are final and I don’t accept returns. I only refund if the plant(s) arrive dead or severely damaged (to the point where they won’t recover) and only if express shipping was purchased. If you do not purchase express shipping on plants over $50 then no plant will be covered under my refund policy. I reserve my right to deny refunds. Contact me asap within the first 2 hours of delivery, and a photo of proof. To view my in depth refund policy click here.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order? Orders have until the following Saturday to edit or cancel the order. If I have already shipped the plant you cannot change your order. You can contact me via email or DM

How Do I Track My Order? After the plant is shipped an email with the tracking number will be sent to the email you used to order with.

Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available? All orders are shipped USPS priority mail which is 1-3 day delivery. However, if you would like something other than this please send me a DM or email.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package? I ship all packages every Monday and Tuesday and packages arrive in a maximum of 3 days.

Do You Ship Internationally? As of now, no. It is very difficult to ship plant products internationally due to permits/ restrictions. However, if you are abroad and would like to purchase something that is not a plant/ plant product please send me an email/ DM. An email will be sent to you with the tracking code once I ship the plant out.
